Lowa completed the upgrade to Richmond High School which included new and improved education facilities to support the student community and a new Science Technology Engineering and Math (STEM) building with collaborative spaces.

The new facilities will support a STEM selective stream and a new agricultural specialist stream, which is part of the new state-wide model for agricultural education.
